All Dragmat orders are shipped nationwide across South Africa, with delivery typically taking 24–72 hours depending on your location. We ensure your Dragmat reaches you quickly and safely, no matter where you are. Orders are processed promptly after confirmation, and you will receive dispatch details once your Dragmat has been shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dragmat. If your Dragmat does not fit or arrives damaged, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery by contacting orders@goautomotive.co.za. Our team will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth exchange or refund.
Additionally, every Dragmat comes with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty gives you peace of mind that your Dragmat is built to last and will perform under tough conditions.
